Anyone buy at Sheriff's Sales of Real Estate or have information on them?
I saw a couple of houses that I may be interested in at the county Sheriff's sale of real estate.
Has anyone bought property or have any information on buying property there?
Things to watch out for?
From my understanding: Get a title search to see liens on it (you will have to pay these off after you purchase it), you are bidding against the bank (they set a minimum price they will take to get rid of it), no inspections/buying sight unseen, you may have to evict the previous tenents.
Anything else?
