What are you looking for? We shoot long range benchrest silhouette in Ridgway. Steel targets 600-1,000 yards. Visit www.ridgwayrifleclub.com We made up the course at the club. Average 50 competitors/match. We are about 2 hours away. It's worth the drive even to watch.

If you are looking for the precision/tactical side of it.......

You also have the reade range sniper challenge in the spring and fall. That seems to be about 3 hours away. We have matches in Lewistown PA at MCSA a few times a year as well.

I haven't shot it before, but here is what I have gathered from the guys that shoot it.
Steel knock down silhouettes of bobcats, crows, bobcats and coyotes from I believe 700-1,000 yards.
Shot from benchrest.
I believe there are two classes of guns by weight, 11 and 13 pounds I believe.
Most people are using 6.5mm caliber variants.
PM me and I will get you some contact info.
