Did anyone go to Surplus City today??

I had work & couldn't make it,was there anything "special" there today???

Tons of guns and ammo on sale. Xm193 for $143 per 500rds otd! Good used colt ARs starting at $600.
Shit ton of quality used handguns on sale lots of glocks,sigs and HKs. Brand new colt 6920's for $1050.
Place was fully stocked with case lots of handgun ammo too. The store was jam packed with people buying s
tuff. Great sale

i bought a used glock 19 with night sights and 1 mag for $384 otd. plenty of deals to be had.

Nice to hear about the sale. traditionally At least on the forums there attitude in most cases sucks from what people say who go to visit. I've been there twice and both times were terrible. I pass by there 3 times a week and will never go in again.

I'll be dammed to be treated badly when I have money to spend. Just posting this to see if this has happened to anyone.

I've been going to that shop for years & have never seen anyone arguing or being given a hard time by anyone that works there.As a matter of fact most times when you walk in people look to be having a good time.Alot of times there's even laughing.I think part of the problem in this country is that the consumer has the "customer is always right attitude" which is BS.I can't count how many times I've been standing in line somewhere behind some asshat who is giving a cashier a hard time because they [the customer] is being demanding & want's something totally out of line.In this circumstance I always end up arguing with the customer just because I know the clerk or cashier can't really defend themselves.The look on their faces when I jump in is priceless.People don't know what to do when they no longer have the upper hand.

Go to this shop & tell them Marty [that's what they call me there]sent you.You'll be glad you did,it's a great shop.

Don't like the place and after two try's at getting some help never again. That and the cigar smoke gagged me!

Actually they no longer smoke there! Im glad, now the cases of
Ammo I bought doesnt smell like a Honduran wildfire. Im surprised
to hear of the CS issues, been shopping there for years and never had any probs.
