I am wondering where the wind typically comes from in the Phoenix area?

For 9 months, it's East, the other 3, it's West.

I was thinking you meant the political winds which sometimes gust from left to right but are generally a slow breeze from right to left

I'm at PVNGS and my account is it clocks from east to west most days.

Edit: Comes from east in the morn and clock around to come from the west by midday.
