Anyone looking to rent a temp apartment in Tucson?
My situation (in the worse case scenario) is that I'll have to pay 2500 in lease fees should I fail to provide a proper case to break my lease. That's too high for me and since I have to add a mortgage on top of that, I really don't want to end up doing that. If I can get someone to finish off my lease, or even extend that, I could save myself some much needed funds. The remainder of the lease is 5 months @ 660 a month (2 bed, 2 bath), but I'm willing to pay a month to help out. The apartment is located at Pantano and Wrightstown (The View at Catalina) and will be ready for move in on the 1st of June (the 1st month will be paid in full prior to that). A walkthough will be available on the 31st, but the primnesses will be cleaned and a deposit will hopefully be passed on to the interested party. I don't have much time to accomplish this, but if anyone needs a temp place to stay, I hope this opportunity is what you're looking for. A transfer of lease agreement must be signed, pet friendly location allows up to 2 pets under 50lbs, and is a non-smoking residence. Please email me for further information or to schedule a viewing.
If that falls through and if someone can give me some legal advice on breaking a lease without penalty would be much appreciated.
only way to legally break a lease under most term's is pay the canceling fee written in, pay until they get it rented,
Or pertaining to military permanent change of location / duty station..
2500 seems a bit excessive, but it might not be far off
It's definitely absurd, but that's what it is. Can't play the .mil card since I've separated from service a year ago. If I could find an S1 to help me with some fake orders, then that'd be great!
I have an intersted party (thanks again for that David), but I need a back up in case his situation doesn't allow. I'm willing to pay up to a month and a half and transfer the deposit to anyone interested in helping me out. You have the option to extend your lease if the area suites your tastes.
Move in can be anytime in June without notice, and a security check will be give to the staff to fund July's rent. October is the final lease month for anyone interested.
