 Clubs/Ranges around Columbus?

So what options do I have for ranges around Columbus? I've google searched and looked at the tacked thread, and all I see are indoor ranges and ODNR ranges. Is that it? Are there any good clubs that offer regular matches and a decent rifle range (200+ yards)?

If so that sucks... Miami Rifle and Pistol in Cincinnati spoiled me to hell.

There is this place. I think they have marked out to a mile. Not sure about fees or matches. I think they are about an hour and a half from C'bus

If you want to shoot for shits and giggles and don't mind driving 45 mins. It's marked out to 300 yrds and it's $35 a year.

I'm probably going to join this 'club' in June. Still about 40 miles away though.

Logan County

Sweet! Hope to see you out there.

If you want to shoot on Saturday just make sure that the trap event is over. Shooting range is closed during trap events

There's a range and club at Dillon

www.llrpc.com

the website is way out of date but the newsletters link has our most up to date newsletters complete with match schedules.

The range has skeet trap and five stand,50 yrd pistol range with covered firing points, target stands and some steel and hanging targets. Also a 100 yrd rifle range with covered firing points, shooting benches, target stands and embedded target stands at 50 and 100 yards.

it's open from 4-9 wed evenings and 930 to 4 on weekends. Cost is $5 per hour.

The club runs a different match every weekend on sundays at 4pm (right after public shooting is over)

1st sunday of every month: 22 rifle sihlouette
2nd sunday of every month: Handgun bowling pins (shot second-chance style)
3rd sunday of every month: 22 action rifle
4th sunday of every month: handgun steel challenge

We also have IDPA and centerfire action rifle on selected saturdays

Tuesday nights is skeet league, CMP Rimfire Sporter practice matches, and free shooting times for club memebers.

Where is this at and what is it called? Only place I knew of around there was the ODRN range.

Richwood Gun and Game Club

This is where I've gone to shoot now that Battelle maliciously shut down Big Darby Creek SR.
