Does Ohio have any restrictions on the number of handguns you can conceal on your person at any time?
No more than you can carry.
Exactly what he said, If you can conceal 20+ handguns on yourself, you're still G2G! In the winter I often carry a full size 1911 and a Bersa Thunder Plus, I could easily carry a pocket pistol or derringer as well.
Ohio state law does not, however one of the bigger cities said they will prosecute people carrying more than one concealed handgun. They will lose the case since the Ohio Supreme Court has stated in the past "the singular includes the plural" in reference to how laws are worded.
