I called last week, but he wasn't available...she took my number and name, I doubt I'll get a call back. I wonder if stopping in would be worth the trip? Obviously if he doesn't sign, I could go the trust or LLC route....but it would so much easier and cheaper for him to sign. I will definitely let you guys know what he does.
