CA gun laws don't require a rifle to be shipped FROM an FFL 01 does it?

I'm selling an M1 carbine to a guy out there and I really don't want to have to ship it through my dealer.

Thanks!

You can ship it as long there is a ffl on the receiving end. Be sure the FFL will receive from a non FFL some chose to be pickie. post office is the cheapest Don

Don,

Thanks....I was pretty sure that was the case. I let the buyer know. Hopefully one more rifle on the way to CA.

Verify that the receiving FFL allows shipments from private individuals. Some don't, but it's a matter of POLICY, not LAW.

It's easier to have it shipped by a private party anyways, a hoop needs to be jumped through if shipped from FFL to FFL.
