Severed Head found by two women in the Hollywood Hills. First the OC Killer now this?

Now two hands.
Sounds like there's a body in the trash somewhere. The killer cut the head and hands off so that the body wouldn't be ID'ed ... and then screwed up when the coyotes didn't find the disguarded body parts soon enough.

The radio news report I heard stated the head was from an Armenian male.

The story that the news told is pretty horrifying. This lady was walking her dogs when one of them ran into the bushes just off of a hiking trail. When it came back out, it had a plastic bag in it's mouth to which the dog then started to shake and thrash it around. The severed head rolled out of the bag at her feet.
