Help from the California guys. a friend needs a good attorney.
I have a dear friend who lives out there who is in need of a sharp attorney who specializes in workplace related issues and practices in the Sacramento area, including the foothill counties east of there.
He is looking at hostile work environment, unlawful demotion, ADA issues, etc.
He knows the critical components of those laws, and has spotless integrity.
This is not some kid, this is a guy with a 30 year history of increasingly responsible job performance with the same company who ran into a real mess.
The case is not going to be a wobbler, he has done his homework, taped interviews, etc.
