CT, I know who restrictive CA gun laws are. Just went on "the hat" site, it's exactly the type of place i'm looking for. Something that is unique to the area and not your average chain fast food. Keep them coming please
Bahooka on Rosemead Bl & Lower Azusa. Polynesian theme with a ton of battleship memorabilia inside and out (Anti Aircraft guns, buoys, etc.). The whole inside is a ton of aquariums, even the actual cocktail bar is an aquarium.
sounds good too, that reminds me any retail aquariums in the area also?
I live with in walking distance of the Hat on Rosemead and Broadway. That is my happy place lol

What kind of food are you looking for? I can hook ya up on all the local eateries.
american, asian just not into the nationwide "chain" type. So far looks like Comfort Inn is reasonable to stay. If anyone has opinion on lodging feel free to chime in too.
doing a little more research, probably better to stay closer to LA for all the attractions. Any suggestions on safe locations?
