I really hate selling this, but I need to clear up some funds (for the new Kel-Tec RFB), so here goes:

Bushmaster M17S, Gen2 lower, KKF modded
Millett DMS-1 1-4x illuminated scope
Winchester hard case
Sling, 2 30rnd mags, green laser, various allen wrenches, ect.

The M17s has a pretty high round count (around 2k), but has been very reliable and accurate. I sent it back to Bushmaster and got the gen2 lower (there was a recall), so the lower only has around 500 rounds through it. M17s are starthing to become hard to get a hold of, and what with Kurt getting more and more eratic, the KKF modded ones are very uncommon. Compared to a stock M17S, this one has been shortened to 27" by cutting both the barrel and receiver, the carry handle was removed and replaced with a top rail, the charging handle was replaced with Kurt's Longhorn handle,
and a lower rail was added. I added the tri-rail that the laser is mounted to and the cut down YHM-9640 VFG.

The Millett DMS-1 is an excellent 1-4x variable scope with illumination. There's a scuff on the elevation control cover, but it's otherwise in great condition. The laser is one of those cheap ebay ones, but it works and holds zero, so I figure what the heck. :D

***ATN in picture is sold and is not included***

I do not think that it would qualify as a pre-ban rifle. Perhaps if I hadn't gotten the lower replaced it might have been since the original lower had a very low serial number, but the lower that Bushmaster sent back to me has a different serial #. In any case, the M17S was never on the banned list (the national one, anyway), but that may or may not be of any help to you. Sorry that I can't be more informative, but we just don't have to worry about that stuff down here in Louisiana.

You left out the part where because of the lower moving, the gun would go full auto, which in this day and age of BATFE over zealousness might just land you in prison.
