870 Police Factory Folder & forearm set SPF, Blackhawk 870 Forend $12

Remy 870 factory police folder
This came on my police trade in. I took it and had it cleaned up, bead blasted and cerakoted by a gunsmith. There is no evidence of rust, pitting, or other damage. This thing looks sexy after being re-finished. It has been sitting in the safe since it came back from the shop, I like my Urbino stock too much. It came on the gun with a hex bolt, not the standard allen head, not sure but I would assume somewhere in history it was lost and replaced by the Dept. armorer, regardless the hex bolt locks up fine, or the buyer could buy a replacement hex from ebay, gunbroker, or Numrich as the sell them for $8-10. For me the hex worked fine so I didn't care.
The metal looks beautiful, the plastic has some wear as expected but no big flaws, chips, cracks, etc. This functions great, opens, closes etc. Color variations on metal are reflections and fingerprints.
I also have a new old stock PD handguard. The one that came on the gun was split. This has some storage marks but is in good condition. It feels like it has some type of finish on it, but clearly is not stained.
I will sell everything pictured, the factory PD folder, factory PD forend, and blackhawk 870 handguard as a lot for $240 shipped.

lots of interest but no takers yet. Used abused folders alone sell for $180-$210 here, GB, and Ebay. I am surprised this is still here.
