WTS two PR-24 Expandable batons / riot control

For sale:
Two PR-24 Expandable Riot Control Batons made by Monadnock. They are both used. One works perfectly and the other just needs a little oil and worked a bit. It expands and closes, just not with a flick of the wrist. Here is a link to a web page describing them better than I can:
