Norotos Titanium Swing Arm (Dovetail) NVG Mount. Includes the Norotos Universal Plate upgrade (also fits Wilcox/USGI/Universal Plates), as well as the original 6-side plate (Norotos Shrouds).

This will fit PVS14s using the dovetail arms, PVS18s, 15s, 21s, etc.
