Hey Gang,
Hate to let this one go, but there are other projects coming up. This was built by Ted Yost just over a year ago and is based on the SRT package with far more.
The SRT Package includes the following:
-High cut front strap
-Hand stippled texture front and back straps
-Hand filed beveled mag well
-High cut hammer (to prevent hammer bite)
-Install and tune C&S sear to 4.5 lb trigger
-Remove magazine safety
-Smooth and polish trigger face
-Fabricate custom thumb safety
-Re-crown barrel
-Complete reliability package that addresses the feed ramp, chamber, breech face, extractor, and ejector
-Flatten and serrate slide top
-New sights (tritium front dot with Heirloom Precision Professional Grade rear)
-Complete dehorn to remove sharp edges

This pistol has the additional options:
-Finished in Ion Bond DLC (amazing finish that holds up anything)
-Polished slide flats
-French bordered slide
-Heirloom Precision trigger travel reduction modification. All sales pitch aside, this is worth its weight in gold. This trigger is crisp and the trigger reset is much improved. Unlike any Hi Power you have shot before, this really feels like a good 1911 trigger.
-Spegal cocobolo grips
-Includes 2 new 13 round MecGar mags that HP rounded the corner of the baseplates (the sharp corners can gouge your sides and can be hard on the hands with reloads).

SO, basically this is a signature grade minus the beavertail and rear of slide serrations.

$3000 plus actual shipping costs to your FFL

The only trades I am interested in are:
Colt Series 70 models
Colt Lightweight Commanders in 9mm only
