Ok, I know nothing about this lower so I'm going to ask some people and try to find out if it's pre-84 or not.

You've got it priced as a pre ban, but you won't ship to a ban state? Do you want to sell it or not? By the way, it is a pre 94 receiver.

All Sendra recievers are pre 1994, Sendra used to be known as a company NESARD who in the late 80's early 90's sold parts.
