This is the Garmin runners watch. GPS enabled allows you to track speed and distance via GPS satellites. Also monitors heart rate using the strap. Syncs data to your computer wirelessly (If you had the ANT USB).
Now as I am still into fitness it is a good question why am I selling this? Answer - because I think it is too damn complicated. All I wanted was something that would monitor my heart rate and calculate calories burned. And I must be too old cause I can't figure out how to do that with this one. I bought a cheap Polar that works for me. So I'm selling this one.
These cost around $230 new online.

Mine is used. I can't find the USB Ant+ device to wirelessly connect to your computer and they aren't getting newer. You can have mine for $100 cash money.
We can meet anywhere north end of Phoenix. Or I will mail if you send me $110 paypal (covers my PP fees and mailing).
