FS/FT: Nikon D50 package...reduced (consider trade for IPOD gen 4)...off the market...

The time has come for me to sell my spare camera. It is my Nikon D50.
It has served me very well and I just don't use it enough to justify keeping it around as a second camera as my wife uses only a point and shoot.
All I have been using it for is to take pics of items to sell or post here. I'm sure someone could put it to much better use.
I am selling:
The 6.1 mp Nikon D50 w/ Nikkor 28-80mm 3.3-5.6 G lense with digital UV filter attached
Battery and charger
The original box (it is empty but there)
and a Nikkor 70-300 4-5.6 G zoom lense with shade.
The pictures of the second lense/box/charger are from the D50....
I'm asking $350 300 (OBO) shipped for it all.
I accept USPS MO ... No Paypal! Would also consider trade for an IPOD gen 4 for my son...
