Manfrotto tripod + head, Canon lens 70-200 2.8 IS + extras

I'm selling a bit of my camera gear that is very lightly used, almost not at all.
Manfrotto 055XPROB tripod with absolutely no signs of wear. I think I've taken it out of the box half a dozen times. It comes with a Manfrotto 486RC2 head.
Head
Asking $210 for both the tripod and the head.
I'm also considering selling my long lens because I never have cause to use it.
Canon 70-200 2.8 IS with a Sigma 1.4 TC and a B&W 77mm Circular Polarizer.
There is some scuffing on the lens hood from living in the camera bag.
Asking $2200 firm for the lens and extras. I'm 90% sure I can produce the original box for the buyer.
