Delete / found
I am in need of a QUALIFIED AR smith to install a barell on my upper. I live in Hamilton Twp, NJ and have gone to 2 of my local shops. The first being HARRY's Army and Navy, however their smith is semi-retired and does not work out of the store anymore. I left my name and number and what I want done and never got a call back; this was over 2 months ago.
Next I figured I would THE SPORTSMAN's CENTER on Rt 130 in Bordentown. I dropped it off there felt a little nervous about the smith there because he was looking over my rifle and asking me if it had any "BAN" parts on it. Now obviously it doesn't and the stock is a VLTOR A2 length clubfoot stock. He was asking me if it was a collapsable type. DUH ! ! !
Anyway after many calls after 4 weeks in his possession and no progress and many promises like "I only have 2 rifles ahead of you", "I was planning on leaving early today and was going to come in early tomorrow I should be able to know it out fairly quick". WELL I dropped it off at the beginning of JUNE and picked it up yesterday w/o any work being completed ! ! !
Now anyone in the local area (Mercer County) or reasonably close there to can do this for me?
I would ship it, but if I can save myself the $40 shipping both ways I would like to go that way.
