2 4500 PSI carbon air tanks

I have 2 4500psi carbon fiber air tanks.
Both have Myth regulators. One is a clone but never gave me a problem.
I forgot how the hydro test qualification worked but I think they are still good. Both were done in 08.
Looking at the pics I seen where one tank said retest every 3 years. So one is good for about a month and the other needs a retest. Price change reflects this.
One is a 68ci the other is a 45ci. Both come with the covers in the pics.
I want $75$60 each for them + shipping. Will take MO or PP. I dont charge PP fees anymore. Buy both and I will pay shipping.
