WTS/WTT Collins Design R-390A Receiver (BEST RECEIVER EVER MADE)
Teledyne Systems R-390A general coverage receiver
made by Teledyne Systems military contract number 35064-PC-62 SN-3552 R-390A.
The R-390 A is restored electrical and is one hot receiver,looks great and works great.It comes with a 600 ohm input transformer so you can use a 8 ohm speaker and has the Twinax connector for the antenna. Here is what has been done to it.
New ecectrolyics in the power supply
3 prong power cord
New caps and resistors threw the receiver
receiver taken apart and cleaned
The tunning Gear Train taken apart and cleaned and lubed (It is silky smooth)
Receiver was aligned (this is a plug and play receiver and is hot on all bands)All that need to make this a mint receiver is to paint the engraved front panel and knobs (It looks very nice as is)
Tubes were replaced as need.Will sell for $12750.00 shipped to the lower 48 or trade for flex radio or other HF Tranceiver
