M1 Garand & ammo FTF SWPA *SPF*

Looking to sell or trade my M1 Garand for something I will shoot more often. I will probably regret it but I've had it for a few years and it's taking up space.
**I am not a M1 enthusiast, I will describe it to the best of my limited ability**
This is a Danish Navy lend/lease rifle.
I have shot it, it fires and ejects fine. Upon loading a fresh clip sometimes you have to nudge the op-rod, I think that is normal though.. It could definately use a better cleaning as there is still cosmoline in some places/crevases.
Receiver is Springfield
Bolt is Springfield
Barrel is Springfield, no idea on muzzle wear or throat erosion.
Stock looks to ne beech or birch? No cartouches that I can see.
There is a sticker on the left side of the stock with someones name. No idea who's, can't read it very well.
Wood has some dent, dings, etc.
Buttplate is worn.
Included is a green web sling and canvas muzzle protector (may be reproduction).
I also have 576 (if my math is right) rounds of ball M2 ammo bandoleer'd on clips in spam cans. Two cans are sealed, one is opened, one is empty.
Face to face sale in SW PA only. I am in Fayette county but can travel for the right deal.
$975 for the rifle and ammo or trade (see list at bottom).
