Sold: Original Mosin Nagant 1943 M91/30 Izzy Sniper PU

For sale is one all matching Iszevsk 1943 M91/30 Russian PU scoped sniper rifle. She is a rufurb with the R Guns import stamp and with the floorplate force matched. The rest of the gun is all matching including the original Izzy stock. I personally drove to R Guns a few years ago and hand picked this one out after about an hour of inspecting the snipers in stock. I picked this one out because she had no schellac, condition of the bore/muzzle and quality of optics. The bore is bright/shiney and she gages a 1.5 on a USGI muzzle erosion gage which for a gun with a .311 diameter bore is amazing. The wood was as dry as the desert and she has received some pure tung oil to rehydrate her. She was the only one there with no shcellac and the figure of the birch really stood out. She has a Progress manufactured scope (refurb also) mounted on her. Progress PU scope were made on Carl Zeis machinery that was sold to the Russians prior to WWII. Mount is an Izzy mount but is electro penciled to match. Optics are bright with no scratches on the glass. She shoots sub MOA at 100 yards with the heavy stuff. I have not fired any corrosive ammo out of her at all. She is in great condition for her age and refurb bluing is at leat at 90%. Price is 900 shipped and must go to a C&R/FFL holder. The first "I'll take it" gets her followed up by a PM or email. R Guns still has these for $800 not including shipping and when you order one you get one sight unseen which means possible foggy optics, loose muzzle, pitted bore, cracked handguard, etc.
