Sellers have the right to sell to whomever they choose, I will take its, IM and or email sent do not matter and sellers have the right to be rude , sadly I must add. But if a seller does agree to sell to you and changes his mind after telling you its a deal he will be guilty of a sellers welch and treated harshly for it.
If he has not replied you can assume he does not want to do business with you or just hasn't read your messages or had time to reply. If you go to the sent messages folder in your IM box and your sent messages are still BOLD font then that means he has not read your messages.
I would send him a message withdrawing your offer, and then go find someone else who wants to do business with you.

Remember that you must check the "Save Copy In Sent Folder" option to use this feature.
