500 Internal Error when I attempt to leave feedback

I posted an ad in WTB and can't leave feedback for someone. The form to leave feedback comes up, but when I submit I get an error page.

Oh boy, this is the second problem with the feedback system I've heard about today, I'm trying to figure out what is going on.

Suggestion: when you ain't doing something sometime, implement a service/daemon to scan your log files for strings such as "500 Internal Service Error" or whatever, and if found generate an email and send to whomever. Then you know about it immediately, instead of when a user posts a thread about it.
