what happened to thread with all the crye and tad gear

The guy was selling tad gear shorts and pants Cryes tops and bottoms with more stuff too...
Has the guy responded to anyone ? I can't find the thread and he isn't emailing me back
It's where there was confusion over what and wasn't sold and he over sold some of the stuff
Hope I'm not out 250 I just assumed he was legit and sent as a gift... Looks like I'm going to be calling Paypal

Yep. I almost bought a couple items in that thread and good judgement steered me away - I'm glad.

I sent him a IM early on and he was very quick to answer question and provide me with his paypal... Do I need get my money back through paypal or ride this out?

Got an email from him / her today giving me a tracking number for USPS if anyone was wondering. No tracking data available online yet but that's a good sign!

Be afraid...very afraid! Joined in DEC w/no positive feedback and low posts. Not to mention the prices.

I also sent him an IM but got no response.....prices did seem too good though. Hope it works out for everyone that sent him payment.
