I have a Poly Tech AK-47/S Under folder in original box with all the factory goodies it came with in the late 80's. It sat around in the box and only had a few hundred rounds put through it, looks like it just came out of the box. Box contents include:
1. AK-47 under folder, all wood furniture and milled receiver.
2. Owners manual and warranty card.
3. (3) Poly Tech hi-cap Magazines
4. Bayonet
5. Sling
6. Tools and cleaning kit
7. Magazine loader/stripper clip guide
I am not really an AK/safe queen guy so I have decided not to keep this. I purchased it from a family friend with some health problems, haven't fired it myself. I was told it wasn't fired much and I feel the bolt face and very clean chamber verify this. I apologize for the less than stellar pictures, i think its time for a new camera.

Fuck that better not be it! I knew what I could have gotten on Gunbroker after the first buyer backed out, but moved on to a fellow ARFcom member instead of trying to make a $.

Edit: It is. After being to told by other members to screw the second guy in line and throw it on gunbroker to make another $1000 on it, I didn't. And this is what i get to see? Fuckin awesome! You can bet your ass my view of this board has changed. Fuck the "brotherhood" of shooters and trying to be fair and help someone "get their collection back".

If that member bought it from you to flip it than thats just wrong, like you said, so much for the ethics of the board, he has another one listed as well, maybe he got that one from here too...

Wrong, hell, it's also illegal without an FFL.

I meant on the side of ethics, but what is the "grace period" in which you can legally sell a recently bought firearm... Sad fact is that I bet most of us have done it, either for a bit of a profit or a change of heart, or maybe we found something better...

There isn't one. There's nothing to preclude someone from purchasing a firearm and deciding ten minutes later that they don't like it. The ATF can't climb into our heads (they're trying to come up with a way though) and see what our intentions are. While it's possible the buyer bought this and decided he didn't like it, we all know that wasn't the case. Not prosecutable I'm sure, but I'm sure he knows he was wrong. $900 may make him feel better about it though.
