Mountain House group buy

I'm putting another post here because of everything thats going on over at the battlerifles site. Hell we got more ARF.COM/SF members involved than BR members anyway.
We ended up sending Mountain House over $8000.00 in combined orders. Not to shabby eahhh?
Anyway, We ended up sending the orders in via a few seperate orders because some people were faster getting back with us via email's, some paid via paypal etc etc...
The reason we haven't gotten back with you folks who have already paid is because we don't have any specific information as to when or how Mountain House will begin drop shipping our orders.
We expect to hear back from them Wednesday morning some time. We'll be posting any information we get here as well as sending an email to those members involved just so everyone knows what's going on with this.
It's been alot of work making this happen and it got WAY bigger than we figured it would. We could have taken orders for another week and pushed it over ten grand easily.
Anyway, We should have some more information from Mountain House in the morning some time.
We'll keep you posted. We're going to send an email to every one involved with a link to this post so we can get everyone coming here for updates as to our progress.

Thank you for all your hard work and effort coordinating this purchase. As mentioned in my email, do you have anything you want for Christmas (within reason)... maybe some of us could pool our resources and put together a proper "Thank you".
Group purchasers:
Broadsword was kind enough to do the leg work needed to score us a sweet deal on the Mt. House food. I think one good turn deserves another (see note above). Anybody interested in chipping in to say - Thanks? Let me know via IM or email.... or post your thoughts here.

ulp, you probably should delete your post and get this thread discarded asap. ar15.com will not allow "group buys" going on here without approval, that is the only way they have found to get rid of the shady deals going on. I know this isn't a shady deal, but ya gotta follow the rules

As far as I know this was sanctioned by the Mod's. I'm pretty sure one or two of them commented on the original post when we started it up. It was started on Battlerifles but I posted here back then to invite my friends from arf.com to get involved. It ended up with mors arf'ers involved than anyone else so I figured this would be the best place to keep the information comming. Can one of the moderators let us know where we stand with this?

Soon as the smoke cleares from the S###storm going on at my other favorite board and all the refugees get settled on the new board (no not the backyard) I might just see if Mountain House would like to do it again. I'm thinking they might since I sent em $10,000 in orders on this last one. Drop me a PM if you'd be really interested if firing up another one and I'll keep you informed.

Yeah! Although I did participate in the last group buy, I would be happy to get in on another one!
BTW - I must give a big 'THANK YOU' to you for setting this thing up the last time. I'm so thrilled at these deals that I'd be willing to chip in an extra 10% or so to subsidize your order in the group buy. With the markdown we get due to your hard work, I feel the least we can do is throw in a few extra bucks for you.
What do you guys say?

Let me see here. 10% ....$10,000 in combined orders I sent to Mountain House over the last couple of weeks, add a couple thousand more for the guys I had to turn away because they missed the cut off??????????carry the eleven ahhh. Yeah I think that'll work.
