"post-pre-ban" group buy? ideas?

Well with September 14th getting ever closer, I'm sure I'm not the only one planning on getting a "evil" assault weapon. To avoid the inevitible rush, what are the possibilities of a sort of AR15.com "reservation list" with one of AR15.com's Industry partners? Something that would enable members to put down a deposit which adds their name to a reservation list for something like a RRA Tactical Entry with CAR stock, chrome lined barrel and flash hider which could be purchased on, or shortly after the 14th? I would imagine something like this could keep the costs down and insure that we could get a "evil-er" assault rifle sooner rather than later.

too many people will want different things. won't work very well
I don't know....it might work.
If an industry partner would be willing to make up our order first or shortlyafter the ban expires it could work in that regard.
As far as too many configurations, there'd have to be a couple maybe 3 configs to order from and that's it, no bitching. You either take one of the preset configurations or none at all.
Now can we get a partner or someone to deal with us?
i think a bushy m4 would be the way to go,if they built it i would buy it.
