hellmann9655 / StainlessSteel (Negative dropped by OP)

Edited per suggestion to include additional correspondences and removal of paypal info and actual name. Negative content removed from ad per suggestion, email sent to seller notifying him of negative feed back


The seller was selling a set of 7 ak74 mags for 125 dollars. I posted that I would take the mags and sent an email asking for the paypal info.

Then I went to work, and all the trouble began. It appears that at 830am he sent me a email with the payment info. Then at 1230 pm I got an email. see below.
The email states that since I hadn't responded by 1230pm (4 hours after his first email) that he was forced to sell to someone else.
I find this a poor way to conduct business' I had 4 hours to pay him, from the time he sent me his email, before he welched and sold to someone else.

I have purchase thousands of dollars worth of product in the last couple of months on this forum, and to date everyone has been wonderful. I'm annoyed and find this behavior unacceptable. Still hellmann9655 can do as he pleases, all I can do is not recommend him to future buyers.

Most people check on their phone, I replied right away after your post. Sorry for the miscomm but Ive been burned so many times online I took the 2nd in line guy who paid right away. i waited as long as I could.

I would recommend posting all correspondence between you and the seller.

If he said they were yours and then sold them to someone else, then it is clearly a welch.

I just sent him an IM and e-mail with a link to this, lets see of he'll respond.

I replied to Stainless Steel's Ill take it right away, I didnt get a response after almost 5 hours so I sold the mags to the person who was second in line. I have had bad experiecnes sellign things online and did not want to get burned when I had a buyer ready and willing. I would have thought that between 830 and almost 1 there would have been time to get back to me and/or log into pay pal. In retrospect I should have waited longer, I apologize to Stainless Steel.

Moderator I need some assistance. I would like to remove negative feed back I gave hellmann9655's profile and to delete this post.
