He said he would take $120 worth of items on 1/15, said he would pay the next day. The next day he said he needed another day to pay, and this went on all week, citing excuses of being at the beach house, not being able to run to the bank, etc. After a couple days he said he didn't actually need one item he had spoken for, and today he told me he could only afford 2 items and would pay tomorrow. I have heard that every day this week so I'm giving up on him.
I don't really want to give -1, mainly because its hard for me to be mean to people.
I would rate the interaction as neutral at best.
Use caution when dealing with him.

As far as I know they are. I know they are issue gloves. If you aren't satisfied when you get them you can definitely return them but I imagine you'll like them.

Payment was sent for $40, not the original $120 that we agreed upon...
And the $40 is for $30 gloves and $10 KAC kit, which means free shipping to Hawaii from NC. Please send an extra $11.35 for medium flat rate.

I disagree. He committed for the full amount and then changed the terms of the sale. This is most definitely a welch.
