Ordered an upper 12 16 11 no emails no retyrn calls no return anything until after threat of better Business bureau. Cancelled order they said they refunded my money but Im still waiting. They recently moved and claimed they had a stocking problem etc. Be careful...

So leave them neutral or negative feedback. If they satisfy you later, I can always remove it.
