ehunter30 (Locked for not delivering what was advertised)

I dont want to do this because when we meet he seemed like a nice guy. However after months without even replying back I feel I have no choice. This was back from summer time! I even let him know I would be posting this a week ago or so, and still no reply.

I bought a full medic bag from him and it had everything but no CAT tourny. I contacted him and let him know. He said he had several and would send me one. I waited and waited and nothing was received. I contacted him again to say, I would buy another one from him to help with the shipping. I never got a single reply back. Its been so long ago that I dont know how to even find the original ad. Ive tried several times via email and IM and no reply. I have just recently even thought to save sent copies and here are the last two I sent.

Hello. I am still waiting for your reply. I need to know when you plan on shipping my CAT that you owe me. I have offered to buy another from you so it will help with shipping. Its been a long time, and id like an answer please.

Hello steve, This will be my last attempt to contact you. I have been extremely patient. I would like to know about the CAT that I never got in the bag or in the mail. I have offered to buy an extra from you to help you with shipping but I havent received any reply at all. I will be posting you a negative feedback thread soon. I sent him this in an im and email.

I Have tried to reach him by email too. but nothing. I know another member on here that has had contact with him. So I know that with all the im's and emails ive been sending he has gotten them, at least before the last time he's logged in.

I still havent heard anything and Ive emailed too.

I don't necessarily think this is petty - but you need to make clear a couple of points:

- Did he specify that the kit contained one or more CAT tourny?
- Does the term "full medic bag" explicitly require that the CAT tourny is present? (e.g. "complete bolt carrier" requires carrier, gas piston & rivet)

If yes to either, he owes you material and needs to make you whole. I can't imagine that this field tourniquet is an expensive item - he needs to just step-up and send you one, or at least comp you for the difference in value - if you accept the latter terms.

Just out of curiosity, what is the missing item valued at?

I just sent him an e-mail and IM with a link to this asking him to reply, lets see if that gets his attention.

Cat tourny yes. Im nto even sure what the value is. I just said that I'd buy a second from him to help with the shipping of the one. I had another member with me during the transaction and he was the one that went through the bag more competely as we were driving back home. No CAT. The ad states there is at least one CAT that comes with it.

I can have him locked for not making it right with you but that probably isn't going to get your CAT tourny for you.

Has anybody tried Googling his name? Maybe he's made the news in some unfortunate way.

The only thing I can really do at this point is have his account here locked, that should get his attention if he ever tries to log in here again.

I sent him another e-mail clearly spelling out what was going to take place if he doesn't respond here, lets see what happens.

No emails no updates here. He's probly using a different user name would be my guess. When I met with him he told me he was always on here. Dont know. You figure he'd at least be a man and reply somthing.

I think it's time to lock his account, if he has multiple accounts here we will catch it eventually and we'll lock those as well.

Ok, If he replies to somthing and wants to make it right I have no problem with it. Sucks its taken this long and he doesnt want to follow through with such a small item. A deal is a deal. Thanks for all your help gator.

Just an FYI for the people involved, ehunter30 is alive and kicking. In fact, he was in a minor firetruck accident yesterday morning. OP has some info on this gentleman.

No. He wont reply to any of my emails. I doubt its been that long since he's logged in to his email.

It's like he fell off the face of the planet or something.

I guess at this point there isn't much to do but lock him to failing to reply and make this right.

Do what you think is right. I think its stupid that he ruins his rep over somthing so small. Or anything at all really.

I was really hoping he would eventually come forward and make this right but this has gone on way too long.

I for one hate seeing people miss out, I was actually a navy corpsmen for the marines in Iraq. And I have a couple cats here at the house so id let one go, as long as you don't mind a little sand for the price of a small flat rate box, check or mo for whatever the small flat rate is and its yours buddy , just email me if your intrested we can hash out the minor stuff

He's talking about the CAT tourny that was missing in the medical bag the OP has.
