Need help fixing a Centurt C91-bolt won't close with magazine in

Ok finally decided to get serious about fixing this damn rifle. The problem is the bolt will not close all the way under certain circumstances. The locking piece is hitting the magazine follower, specially the raised part, and the rollers are barely locking out. It will also do it on ammo when fed from the left side of the magazine. The bolt closes just fine when there is no magazine or the follower is removed from the magazine. It will also close just fine with the magazine or ammo in when I ride the charging handle forward. The problem only occurs when the bolt is allowed to fly forward. I extended the magazine catch on the magazine higher until the bolt would close every time with the magazine in but then the bolt would not strip a round from the mag.

I am ordering some steel mags to try but any other ideas would be helpful. The bolt gap is about .485 mm.

Couple of questions.
Looking up through the mag well can you tell if the back of the trunnion is all the way back against the front of the rails or is there a gap between them?
Does the inside edges of the trunnion stick out beyone the sides of the rails?
Is the magazine all the way up against the front of the mag well?
Does the mag rock front to back without coming out?
How do you "ride the charging handle forward" forcing the bolt to close slowly makes it feed correctly but slamming it makes it jam?
Has this gun ever fired out of battery that you know of?

Is the magazine all the way up against the front of the mag well? Yes it was until I started playing with the magazine
Does the mag rock front to back without coming out?yes
How do you "ride the charging handle forward" forcing the bolt to close slowly makes it feed correctly but slamming it makes it jam? I just keep the bolt from flying forward at full speed. And yes slow is good but fast will result in a jam when feeding from the left side.
Has this gun ever fired out of battery that you know of?It has not done it to me but I bought it used. However, I think it is a real possibility and keep an eye on the bolt when I shoot it.

I'll check the others tonight after I get out of class.

Trunnion position relative to the front of the rails determines how high the mag sits because of the angled mag well. If the trunnion wasn't back all the way when it was welded in the mag has to be more forward to catch on the trunnion lip. More forward means higher because of the mag well angle. In this position you will also see the mag rock back and forth because the only thing holding it is the mag catch and not the back of the mag well itself.

The width between your rails should be equal to or slightly narrower than the width of the trunnion ears. If the rails are wider, the bot will hit on the edge of the trunnion on it's way forward, deflecting away and causing problems. Typically, slapping the cocking handle is the preferred method of charging. Having to ride the bolt closed suggests interference.

Just for S&G's. slide a toothpick between the mag stops and the bottom of the mag well on each side and see if it makes a difference in charging.

The back of the trunnion is against the rails and the widest part of the rails are even with angles milled into the trunnion. I can't remember now if the mag could rock while in place.

It doesn't seem like the problem is the bolt hitting the trunnion since it only locks the rollers out too soon when the magazine is in.
