 PTR 32 and Steel Case Ammo

Was thinking on a PTR 32 purchase but I am first curious on how well it handles steel case ammo. I have heard in the past that it didin't do so well with it. Anyone have any input?

I have a ptr 32 I have shot 400 rd of steel ammo in semi auto and full auto it likes wolf but have had some ftf on hp wolf seems to like fmj a bit better could be a mag issue

I've put a couple thousand rounds of Wolf steel cased through mine in F/A. It does great with it.

No problem here either with steel cased ammo on semi or full. Good luck

Negative!! Eats it with aplomb. If you buy an HK style rifle clone or not, regardless of caliber that does not eat steel case you got ripped off.

PTR is local to me

I was talking to a factory rep at a official PTR event at a local store and the steel cased thing came up.

Rep claimed that most of their test ammo is steel cased wolf.

For what it's worth, my PTR91 loves steel case ammo when I'm feeling too lazy to load my own.
