HKParts.net Any feedback
Looking for any info, I saw they build MP5 pistols for 2495.00 and was wondering if anyone has purchased from them and how are theree builds
They are built by Dakota Tactical. They make some of the best clones on the market. Every tiny aspect of detail is paid attention to and nothing is skipped over. Not the cheapest option, but IMO they are worth it. I have 3 right now, 1 Vector that was redone by them, 1 more being worked on an a USC/UMP conversion in the works
I run one of chopstix kids MP5 clones and it is nice, I put my sear in it and took it to the range and didn't even have to change the sights, the thing ate all the ammo I fed it. Buy with confidence. He is going to build me a SD for my Knights Armament suppressor and a MP5/40 is being built as we speak.
HKParts.com is run by Adam, he is awesome to deal with. A straight up guy. I have a D54P, which I SBR'd, built by Dakota Tactical. If you want an MP5, don't waste your money on a cheaper clone. You will be throwing money at it to run right. he is one of the top builders and stands behind his work. Mine has about 2,000 rounds down the tube without a burp. One thing to add, mine also loves the ATI 3rd gen mags which HKParts sells for $17.
Good luck!!!!
I love HKpartsnet. They did have one snaffu with an order of mine, but Adam made it right.

What did you have them do to your vector?
I have always received great service from HKParts.net

can Dakota Tactical build a MP5 clone with a fake can for 16'' legnth ?
I’ve known Adam Webber of HK parts for years; his business has grown because of his outstanding work ethics. Buy with confidence he is a great person to deal with.
Hk parts is GTG!
The Dakota Tactical rifles being sold by hkparts.net are made by chopstixkid. I do not have personal experiance with his builds but from what I have seen and read on hkpro they are awesome. I suggest you go over to HKpro and do a search.
While you are there you should also do a search on ghilliebear another awesome builder.
Used him for parts orders, not builds. Great service, good communication, and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again.
I have purchased from them also and they are good to go in my book!
HKPARTS.net is as good as you can get. Adam is a class act, ships fast and is a friend.
Luckily, I've found the main three HK parts players are all good to go.
Robert Johnson,
Adam Webber and
Gordon Miller are all easy to deal with and provide top quality goods at a reasonable market price.
I have done business with all of them and will continue to do business with all three so long as I own HK firearms.

+1
Adam of HKparts is legit. I have done much business with him. Good coms and super fast shipper.
Regarding Dakota Tactical firearms, top notch stuff. Chopstix kid is from HKpro is the owner and his builds are outstanding. Deal with confidence.
Adam Webber is a man among men.
Adam Webber is the best small business owner/operator I've ever delt with. Ive spent thousands and Im sure I will in the future. Excellent selection. Website is easy to navagate. Also shipping is so fast I can't figure out how he does that?
I have had 1 problem with them.
I bought a scope rail for MP5 from hkparts, I waited around 10 months to install(I'm just busy) the rail I couldn't get to mount anywhere near acceptable. I asked for a refund and was NEVER granted the refund. I spent thousands of dollars over a year period with them and they wouldn't refund a $50.00 SCOPE RAIL

, I just don't get it.
I would say in my case Adam seriously dropped the ball and has probably cost himself some real money.

I would think that a refund on a part sold 10 months ago would count as customer service outrageously above and beyond what is required. I would not consider the lack of such a refund to be detrimental in a business. 10 months is a long time. New or not, after a reasonable period the risk of a purchase falls on the buyer, not the seller. If you want to take advantage of a possible refund, then test the part in a suitable time frame.
I to0 am one of those guys who will buy something and let it sit for months and months until I "get around to it". I also realize that should I fail to find a defect in a reasonable period of time, I've forfeit my right to a refund.

I've refunded money for stuff I've sold in my business that cost thousands of dollars months after the fact, with nothing wrong with the product. Its all in how you value the customer in my opinion.
Besides this occurance, his shipping, parts availability, accuracy etc is top notch.

Was the gun you were trying to install the rail on a clone or a oringinal HK 94/MP5. Lots of clones have been known to not be bent properly were the scope notches are concerned. If clone, proubably not the mount.

Well, IMHO Dakota Tactical is as good as the real thing!
There prices are expensive but they do have some stuff others don't.
Adam and hkparts.net are A+++ in my book. I have bought everything for my G36 from him. The selection is seriously second to none.

I've been drooling over the MM23E on their site for a while. Thinking about selling some things to get one, glad to hear the service is good, that takes one worry out of the equation.
I have Dakota Tactical building me a MP5SD on an all german kit with a LSC flat. Can't wait to get it. It has been there since may and Joe finally has his new shop up and runnig so I hope I will have a Christmas gift. I have purchased quite a bit from HKparts. Adam is a good guy. I do look around for people selling parts on HKpro.com as well. I have also used Robertrtg.com for parts and am happy with him.
If you are building a clone I would go with the Dakota Tactical clones from Joe aka Chopstix or Ghilliebear. Both are amazing guns and I can vouch for Ghilliebears customer service. He is great to work with.
Good luck,
I've only purchased mags and small parts (USP detent plates) from them but the orders have always come quickly and they matched CDNN's prices on mags. They're my go to dealer for HK parts.
Please post up a review when you get it, haven't seen a lot of write ups on these, it'd be nice to hear a report before taking the plunge.

All my transactions were normal with adam i.e. I bought it he shipped it. Up until my last order. Because of a mistake he made and wouldn't correct I lost money. If possible I now avoid ordering from him. Most people have good experience with him though. He just lost me as a customer.
Always had a good Experience with HKParts.
Placed an order last night even though his prices are a bit higher, but counting on the accliamed "lightning fast" shipping in the hopes I have the parts by thrusday.
Super fast shipping - quality product. This is where I buy the stuff to keep my Mp5, as well as my other HK's, running.
