Have a line on a standard loaded M1A. I don't know the age of the rifle. The seller is an older guy that bought it from the gun library at Cabelas 1.5 years ago and says he has never fired it. He puts condition at 98% and says it is just like new and that there is not a mark on it. I am a little nervous as I have heard of some problems with the newer rifles and since this guy has not fired it I wonder why somebody turned a basically new rifle back in to Cabelas. My concern is that if there is something wrong with it Springfield's warranty says it only covers original buyer. I would hate to spend that much money (1400) on a rifle and have something go wrong that I have to pay for.
I bought it, it looks like new, in box with all paper work and even an ARMY manual for it. It looks like it may not have even been fired. As soon as I picked it up and looked it over it was a done deal.

There are thousands of these rifles for sale. If you have doubts about this one rifle, it is not worth 5 seconds of your life to chew on your own guts about it. They are not rare. Go find one that makes you all warm n fuzzy inside, and buy that one.
