So getting a decent amount. Would this maybe mean a tight bore and good rifling?
Its a good shooter and was dinging a 200yd. gong all day with my light reload.
It doesn't bother me, just wondering the cause.

If its not broke, dont fix it. Clean and shoot as you have been.
You can completely clean the bore of copper and have copper showing a trip to the range. Its normal
What would mean a good shooter is not the amount of fouling but the fact that you can ring steel with it at 200 yards consistantly. Just keep shooting and if you see accuracy start to drop off, then a good copper scrubbing is in order.

Exactly! I don't clean copper fouling out of my service rifles until accuracy drops off. The same goes for my match pistols.
