Got an idea for a project and Ruger seems to be the only company that is making an action for a rimmed cartridge outside of H&R(Ruger #1 in .303 Brit Model #11348 & Ruger #1 in 9.3x74R Model#11319). Does Ruger sell only the actions or do I have to get the entire rifle to have it rebarreled?

Brownell's used to sell barreled actions , but as I recall the price was almost what you'd pay for a complete rifle.
