Stupid question but here it goes. I am having an mp5 pistol built from a parts kit, when I form 1 it do I have to get it engraved before I put the stock on it making it a sbr? Thanks for the help
i would have in engraved before you get it. If the builder can do that . I'm in the same boat and they are sending it as a pistol with nfa info marked on it then ship my completed forms off to atf
Always engrave before you do the paperwork.
