Does anyone have one?

My trust is at home in the safe and I need to update the Schedule A to include my new rifle so I can go shooting this weekend. No printer at home so I have to get it printed here at work to bring with me.

Also do I need to bring my actual tax stamp with me to the range? Or can I bring a copy? I really don't want to bring the original in case it gets lost/dirty/etc. I am bringing a copy of my trust with the Schedule A just in case.

you dont need your schedule A or trust with you @ the range.

just make a copy of stamp & keep that w/ your rifle.
i usually make a 50% copy & laminate it.
realistically no one should be asking to see your stamp besides ATF agent,
but its a good idea to keep a copy w/ your item

i never keep original on me... they stay in secure location

I still want to bring it, just in case. And I need to amend the Schedule A anyway don't I? Just not sure what it has to say. I haven't looked at my trust for 7 months

Never mind though after a few hours of google I found a PDF and copied the format there:

Schedule A

Property Placed in Trust

1. $10

2. Rock River Arms LAR-15 Lower Receiver, Serial No. XXXXXXXXX
Registered with the BATFE as a Short Barrel Rifle

Schedule A - Page 1 of 1

Your schedule A is not a cumulative or all-encompassing list of the items in your trust. It is merely a list of items you wish to add to your trust when you main in your Form 1 or 4 to the ATF.
For example when you buy your next SBR, do not list the $10 or the already existent SBR on your schedule A.
This advice is direct from my lawyer to me, as I just had my trust setup yesterday.

Thank you,

You might want to put your trust name somewhere on that schedule A.

This is how I understood it as well. My "Schedule A" however, is called an "Assignment Sheet".

On that same note though, is there something that I have to keep updated that does keep track of everything in the Trust.

Yes. Keep a Schedule A ,with a full and complete listing of all Trust property, in your trust paperwork so when you kick, your heirs / trustees will know what belongs to the trust.
