 Moving w/ NFA on a Trust ?'s

I didn't see any tacked threads. So here goes ...

1. Is there a form to fill-out and send? If so, is it for each NFA item or just the trust?
2. How do I amend the trust w/ the new address? Will a new version be needed or will just an amendment sheet need to be added and notarized?
3. Also, in general, when adding to a trust, how do we add items to a Schedule A –– i.e. do we attach an updated Schedule A (and keep the original) or replace the original with the updated version? Will the new Schedule A need to be notarized as well?

Thanks much.

2. How do I amend the trust w/ the new address? Will a new version be needed or will just an amendment sheet need to be added and notarized? You shouldn't need to amend your trust to show an address. Does your current trust paperwork list an address on it? When I moved last summer, the ATF just needed the 5320.20. I since sent in, and have been approved for another form 1 with the new address and same trust.

I fill it out listing the make, model, and serial number of the new item I'm adding and submit a copy along with my form 1/4.

Thanks much.

Are you moving in-state or out-of-state? If you are moving in-state no paperwork is needed.
