SO, I am 18 and legally able to own an SBR and a suppressor, however I cannot purchase from a federally licensed dealer. Can I make a trust and purchase one through that (more worried about suppressor here. I plan to Form 1 an SBR)? What is the procedure for making a trust? would it be easier to just try to find someone here willing to sell FTF?

You're a legal adult, that means you can form a trust.

You can Form 1 your own stuff to the trust.

You can purchase stuff for the trust on Form 4 from in-state sellers who are not FFLs. You could also purchase stuff for the trust from FFLs, but they will not be able to let you do the 4473 to pick the stuff up, since you're under 21.

You could add a >21 trustee to the trust to do the pickups of trust property from FFLs.

Good! I had planned on doing this with my dad and grandpa on the trust so they could use them too
