Puma/Rossi stock finish question.

Seein' as how I am the newest owner on the block, I have another question.

When I was reading the other day, I stumbled across a post somewhere by someone who applied some kind of oil I had never heard of to his stock right over the factory finish. From the photo, it looked very nice.

I cannot remember where I read, nor can I remember the (rather strange) name of the oil. It was not Tung OIl.

Does this ring a bell with anybody here?

He used Medium Walnut WATCO Danish Oil on his 92's and they turned out great!

There are a few that chimed in on my post about my refinish and they posted what they did maybe it will help. remember before and after pics so you can see the difference.

Bingo! I am pretty sure that is the thread. At least it is one I remember reading, but I have a feeling that the oil I am trying to remember had an even more exotic name.

However, sometimes it is difficult to distinguish memory from imagination at my age.
