Picked up my First Lever gun on Sunday
I bought it at a gun show from a kid walking around.
It's a Model 94, made in 1966. .30-30 20" bbl, so nothing special.
I really didn't want it or need it, but I got a pretty good price on it, so I figured what the heck.
What do you think?

I have the same one ya know its not a pre 64!! blah blah blah enjoy it shoot the hell out of it !!!!

Nice lever gun, wood looks very nice.

Is that ever a reason not to buy a gun???.
Nice rifle. The first centerfire I shot when I was a kid was a model 94 in 30/30. What did you pay for it?
I haven't got to take it out to the range yet, but I'm hoping to do that sometime this week.
I gave $250 for it.
Nice rifle. Its a heirloom, great price.

Definitely worth that.
You can get rid of it for that later if you don't like it.
.30-30 ammo is still relatively cheap.
Very nice! Wouldn't have batted an eyelash at paying $250 for that.
$250.00 Now that's a great find.
Had that same rifle for 27 years or so. Killed a passel of deer and hogs with it. It is one of the few guns I own that have a permanent home and will be passed on to my children.
Great price and great gun, enjoy it.
I think you will find that they grow on you.
That is a great price in that condition.
