V-line Desk Mate handgun safe, factory/default combination

I have this safe and have had it for a few years but I've never used it. The factory or default combination has never been changed but I no longer remember what it is. Does anyone know the factory default combination for these safes? Thanks!

Imagine the 5 buttons as A, B, C, D, E, and for the factory combination, it doesn't really matter which way you are looking at it.
Press B and D at the same time, release, then press C. I believe the handle turns clockwise to open.
