SIG DMR Barrel Question
I see that Sig is shipping the DMR with a threaded 18" 1x8 twist barrel now. I was looking for an 18" AR upper in 1X8 anyway. So, is it possible to rebarrel a Sig 556 Patrol SWAT with a DMR barrel and railed handguard? The DMR lower looks different. Might need to call Sig on Monday.
Called Sig. They said no. Wont sell the parts either.
Oh well. Guess my 18" 1X8 will have to go on a AR15 platform.
